I had heard of this video numerous times, but never really understood what it exactly was. It always sounded like a fever dream. There were numerous mentions to a scene where Dane Waters and Arsenio Zignoto performed a ritual outside the riverside Joe’s Crab Shack. This document couldn’t be real. It had to have been a misunderstanding.

This is a very lovely video. I’m happy this was put more directly onto my radar. Charlie Walsh literally remembered nothing about this, so this could have vanished! Important work being done at the hot dog stand.
